Prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. There is no minimum order; however a handling fee of $2.50 will be added to orders totaling less than $50.00.
Prices do not include shipping.
Payment Options: COD, Visa, MasterCard or prepayment. Terms available to qualified accounts only.
Warranty: All molded cables are covered by our lifetime warranty.
We will, at our discretion, replace all cables that are defective due to material or manufacturing defects. This warranty is void in the event of misuse neglect, tampering or misapplication. All other products are covered for one full year after purchase.
Returns: Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If the need to return an item arises, all RMA processing is conducted via our web site. Click here to complete the RMA Request using your assigned password. An RMA # and instructions will be emailed back to you. No merchandise will be accepted without an RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the box. All claims for shortages must be made within 5 business days. All other requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment. * A 15% restocking fee will apply *
Custom Order/Custom Made products will NOT be eligible for return under any circumstances.
Account credits will be issued, no refunds.
